AziTecHost provides BillSense as a free utility app that helps users check Pakistani utility bills through publicly available official bill-provider websites and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

2. Information You Provide or Use in the App

BillSense does not require account registration. We do not ask you to create a profile, provide your name, phone number, email address, CNIC, or home address to use the app.

The app may process the following information depending on the features you use:

• Bill reference number, consumer ID, account number, or similar identifier: You enter or scan this information so the app can open or request your bill from the relevant official provider source.
• Barcode or QR code data: If you use the scanner feature, the app uses your device camera to read the bill identifier. Camera images are used for scanning only and are not uploaded to AziTecHost servers.
• Saved bill identifiers: If you save a reference number or consumer ID, it is stored locally on your device so you can check the bill again later.
• Downloaded bills or PDFs: If you download, share, or save a bill, the file is stored or handled on your device according to your device settings and the apps you choose to share it with.

3. How Bill Lookup Works

When you check a bill, the bill identifier you enter may be sent to the relevant official utility provider website or service in order to retrieve the bill information you requested. AziTecHost does not operate those provider websites and does not control their privacy practices, availability, accuracy, or data retention.

BillSense does not store your bill reference numbers, consumer IDs, bill amounts, bill images, or downloaded PDFs on AziTecHost servers.

4. Local Storage and Retention

Information saved inside BillSense, such as saved reference numbers or recent bill records, is stored locally on your device. AziTecHost does not have access to this locally stored information.

You can delete locally stored information by using the app's delete or clear options where available, clearing the app data from your Android settings, or uninstalling the app.

5. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Services

BillSense may use third-party services, including Google AdMob, to show ads and support the free app. These services may collect or process information such as device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, app activity, diagnostics, crash information, and other data described in their own policies.

Third-party service providers may use this information to deliver ads, limit repeated ads, measure ad performance, detect fraud and abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Data Sharing

AziTecHost does not sell your personal information. We may share or allow processing of limited information only in the following cases:

• With official utility provider websites when you request a bill lookup.
• With third-party services such as Google AdMob for advertising, fraud prevention, measurement, and service operation.
• If required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the app and reduce unauthorized access or misuse. However, no mobile app, website, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for deciding where to save or share downloaded bill files.

10. Children's Privacy

BillSense is a utility app and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us so we can review and respond appropriately.

11. Your Choices and Controls

You can control your information in the following ways:

• Do not enter or scan a bill identifier if you do not want to check a bill through the app.
• Delete saved bill identifiers or clear app data from your Android settings.
